A minimum of 1 year veterinary receptionist experience is required.
Hours will include 1-2 days a week (8-5 or 8-6) and every Saturday 8-1 pm.
Benefits for full time employees include paid time off, contributions toward health insurance, 401 k and continuing education classes.
Responsibilities include greeting our clients, answering phones, setting up appointments, making follow up calls to see how patients are doing, checking clients in and out, assisting the doctors and more.
It is a fun and active job.
The applicant must have exceptional communication skills, be a self motivated team player, with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
